Automotive Black Metal Pop Rivets, sold in packs of 25. Product code CCS-027. Blind rivets are set with a rivet tool: the mandrel pulls the body tight behind the panel and snaps off. They are a permanent fix.

Use a hand rivet gun with the right nose piece for the rivet diameter. Hold the gun square to the panel while setting.
