Speed Clips, sold in packs of 25. Product code CCS-5007. These clip-on nuts are used where there is no welded nut, such as plastic under-covers and bumper mounts. Many are single use once they lose their spring.

Slide the clip over the panel edge so its hole lines up with the panel hole. Match the clip to the screw size and the panel thickness.
