Toyota Inner Guard Grommet, sold in packs of 25. Product code CCS-3017. Screw grommets hold a screw in thin sheet metal or plastic where there is no thread. The screw spreads the grommet behind the panel as it goes in.

Match the grommet to the hole shape and size, then use a screw that suits the centre hole. Replace grommets that have split rather than packing them.
