Toyota Speed Clips, sold in packs of 15. Product code CCS-5013. These clip-on nuts are used where there is no welded nut, such as plastic under-covers and bumper mounts. Many are single use once they lose their spring.

Replace clips that have opened up or rusted, as they will not hold the screw tight.
